HomePay has made this part of my life as a caregiver easy and stress-free. They are even able to track mom’s aide’s sick and vacation days. Earlier this year when I wanted to raise their pay, all it took was a few clicks. Knowing they’ve already sent in the required quarterly taxes, etc. is such a load off of my mind. As sole caregiver, I really appreciate having a reliable partner on HomePay

Gentleman on the phone (what was your name?!?) was detailed, knowledgeable, patient and helpful in a matter of minutes. 10/10 Customer experienced. Solved my problem, didn't make me wait, followed through. Worth every penny of service fee to use Care.

I was having a terrible time trying to figure out federal and state taxes, and once call to HomePay connected me with a tax attorney who took care of it all! Definitely worth the price. I rarely wait on hold for answers to my questions, and I have many of them. Their whole team is well-trained on how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend.
