Very disappointed in the service I received last year taxes done no issues this year dropped off all taxes on Feb 14th 2019 and and just picked them up today March 25th 2019 NOT DONE the office lady said come pick them up they told me they are so busy they don't have time for me I called 4 times and left many emails the lady who answered the phone would just tell me she would leave a message for josh who never calls back I am now the 3rd person I know who has left them this is not a way to run a business unless you dont care about you're customers ...And when I dropped all my stuff off I asked how long josh said under 2 weeks almost 6 weeks later .....
