I have been calling your offices since the end of April concerning my mom's taxes filed wrong. Caty (the Ast. manager on High St) just argued with me over the phone for 20 minutes about how my "mom" said everything was fine with her taxes. For people reading this my mom is incongnitive and Mrs. Davis's office is aware of this because I gave them a copy of the guardianship paperwork. Mrs. Davis's office called ME on April 15th at 10:30 at night to tell ME my moms taxes were done and for ME to come get them in the mail before midnight!!! After all of that, the taxes were filed incorrectly!!! I believe Mrs Davis's office owes a refund or at least a partial refund. When I have called (8 different times) and I have documentation of each person I spoke to and was told I would get a call back. As of this time nobody has done a thing.... UNTIL!!!! I posted this exact post on Facebook, then they called. Caty, (the Ast. Manager) had the nerve to say when I called your mom she seemed to understand, Seriously?? What part of me being her guardian does this company not understand?? So Mrs Davis's office called ME when it was time to come file the taxes but when it came to asking for a refund They called my mom? That is shady business...I don't recommend this company. -0- STARS!!!!
