We dropped off our taxes in mid February. We did not hear back until April 12 and this was only because we contacted them. Because we are not a part of the crony group our taxes were put to the back burner. I wonder if they would have been completed if we had not asked about it. Unless you are a long time Longview resident I would not use this firm. We had other complications last year and it took them several months to complete our taxes. We do not have complicated taxes and it should not have taken this long.
