My family has been a client of Carmela"s Tax service for many years. This year (2018) however, we will no longer use this tax service or recommend it to fellow educators, co-workers, family, or friends. We had in IRS issue and there was a severe lack of communication from Carmela's with us. Not just once, but through the whole process (4 letters from IRS) of trying to clear this up. No one deserves this kind of service when you are paying them to help you.Update: March 2019-Thank you for calling to apolgize for the service issue and hopefully caring enough to make some communication changes in the IRS department.
