The clerk who did our taxes back in October 2018 was inexperienced and didn't provide us enough information in conjunction with preparing them wrong to begin with. (Mispelled my name, etc.) The office manager made it right and gave us our tax prep fee back to us which we received March 23, 2019. As far as we know the clerk who did our tax prep is no longer there. It wasn't the ideal outcome for us (we'd rather have a return right now), but at least the office manager refunded the fee.
