Good Placement, Good Staff.CHS is a good company to work for. The staff were very speedy and helpful with job placement, and the location I was placed at even mentioned to me that they are an agency that attracts very good workers. After my first day, a CHS staff member even called to ask me how I liked the job. They pay well, are friendly, and the payroll process is very straightforward!The only reason why I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because giving notice about leaving a temp position seemed to really put them off without good reason. The helpful and polite attitude seemed to instantly disappear! The application process is also a bit lengthy (took me 3-4 hours), and understandably, college student seem to be a point of concern for CHS (although, ironically, they offer a scholarship...). This may have been because I was applying to one of their 'industrial skilled' job though.Overall, I wouldn't let any of the 'negatives' stop anyone from applying through CHS. This is especially true if you plan on working to become full time or aren't a student. I know I would definitely go through them again.

Spent about 2 hours to register with agency. Despite having multiple skills and stated availability for ANY shifts, after a year NEVER was contacted. Called several times and ALWAYS got "nothing available". VERY bad at job placement!!

Let's start with the staff....WONDERFUL PEOPLE all around! They are very personable people and they help you with the whole process from beginning to end and do it with a smile. They genuinely care about their employees and that is hard to find in an employer.

Wasted an hour and a half there filling out forms just to be handed a drug test at the end. The job posting said nothing about a drug test! Absolute waste of my time. How do you not include such a key detail in the job posting???
