My company has been using Carolina Pay Pros for over four years now. 1) If you are a business owner and you are not using a payroll service, you are crazy. The amount of hassle and stress that has been removed from my daily operations is immeasurable. 2) If you are ready for a payroll service, I highly recommend Carolina Pay Pros. Mark and his team are extremely competent, and from day 1 you can't miss the vibe that they are extremely organized and on top of their game. We receive individualized payroll service that includes updates to federal and state policies, friendly tax reminders, etc. . . . any paperwork they send out is always very straightforward and easy to comprehend. Sounds silly, but when it comes to payroll taxes, etc., this is HUGE. The best part is, if I receive something in the mail from a state agency regarding anything payroll, I no longer have to stop what I'm doing to handle the item . . I simply call Mark and immediately learn that this is something they've already taken care of. As a business owner I am consistently amazed and overwhelmed by how much admin work is required to simply stay in good standing with the 400 government agencies that are involved. With Carolina Pay Pros as my payroll processing service, I have alleviated a significant amount of this burden. And the pricing is beyond reasonable for what I get in return.
