Overall Feedback:

Not only was Carolleen knowledgeable and professional, she was also very friendly and personable. She sent me a package at the end of the year so that I could review my previous tax filing and gather all the necessary documents and information before our appointment. She has made herself promptly available throughout the year when I have had questions.Her receptionist was also very nice and able to schedule my appointment right away.
