Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Not enough bad adjectives to define how inadequate this facility is! People have been known to die in the ER while waiting for a Dr. I know. My Dad was one of them!Tina Long, in the ER triage is rude, nasty, loud, and very vulgar! She has NO business working with the public! Much less, public that is sick or injured.Mr. C. Lewis, an RN in the ER was assigned to take care of my loved one. He spent his time on the floor flirting with nurses! In fact, the entire ER staff was inadequate! We were there late into the night. Nurses went to sleep in front of their computers and were not available to answer any questions or assist at all!!Do a complete overhaul of the staff!Maybe that will help!
