We are very pleased with Cascade's service. They are moderately priced, and extremely attentive. We appreciate that they are just a phone call away - no waiting and wondering when someone will get back to us if we have a question. They are attentive to detail, as well - no worrying if payroll is correct!

We have been using Cascade for 7 months. They set up our account with no issues, answer questions promptly (generally within moments if emailed), and have a web interface for submitting payroll that is very easy to use. The adhoc reporting on the website could be a little easier to use, but that is the only thing that has room for improvement. Everything else gets 5 stars. They are reasonably priced for us - a small consulting company with 5 employees.
