I wish I could give a zero star. They have been stealing from my mother in law - jacking her rates up every year without any notice to her. Then last month they were supposed to cancel her policy and never did so she had to come out of pocket for two insurance policies this month. AFTER she went into their physical location to cancel it. They are abusing the elderly! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They are a typical bait and switch company. You get a quote on the phone. You get there and they take your SSN and jack up the rate, Then if you don't accept auto pay they jack up your rate again.
