Overall Feedback:

It has been a while since I worked with them. They performed HR duties for the company I once worked for. I have since changed jobs and had the opportunity to work with other HR companies. Centricity is the only company I have met that actually goes out to your location, follows up with your employees and is truly hands on. Their billing is easy to read and hassle free. With many of the HR companies I have worked with, you would still need someone in house who understands basic HR and Payroll. Centricity was truly hands on and took away the burden. As an accountant, I would highly recommend Centricity to any business wishing to truly outsource HR and Payroll. I am not sure if they still do this still but when we laid off a couple of people, they came out to our location and assisted. Many other HR companies are really just a "help desk".
