It would not get 1 star if up to me!!!! They are the worst!!!! Very unprofessional!!!! The black lady that works in there is very unfriendly and rude. She does not even open the door for the employee's when they come by to express concerns. She will literally talk to you through the door. They take all of your overtime money when you work over time. The pay rate never goes up and they take the companies portion until you quite working there unlike most agencies that will only take money from you for 6 months. They are supposed to be there to help but they treat you like prison guards treat inmates in jail!!! The corporate office needs to check up on this site at 69th street. If they had a clue what was going on in there they would hire more professional and caring staff. I have to refer to her as the black lady because she will not give out her name. Working there for over a year and always have a problem with this one lady who happens to be the one we all have to deal with. This is sad but true. I am looking for a corporate number to complain and also calling the labor board!

The upper darby location is extremely unprofessional & scandalous. They add extra taxes that no othe agency deducts for. I quit for that reason, now theyre playing a shell game with my last check. Dont trust them.there are other places that will put you to work on the spot.
