This organization has been responsible for making my life a nightmare for the past few months. They entered my social security number wrong in to their system. It took them four weeks to fix that problem. Then I found out they signed me up for a completely different coverage. They refused to fix that issue, without first getting confirmation from my previous employer. I contacted them every day, until I received word from my employer that they were contacted by them. They even lied saying that they contacted my previous employer multiple occasions without answer, even though I kept in constant contact with them. That only took another four weeks. They still to this day refuse to refund me the amount difference of what they were charging me, versus the plan I was actually on before hand. I paid them three months ago in full, and my insurer has still not heard any information from Cerdian. It's been three months, I have done everything on my end, and I am still without insurance. I'm about to take serious legal action soon.
