DREADFUL. They MAIL statements 7 days before they are due forcing customers into arrears as it is not possible to receive the statement and return it with a check in time. If a customer tries to be proactive and mails a payment using a prior statement and the payment amount increases, the check sent doesn't match the amount, THEY RETURN THE CHECK! I have worked as an HR manager for 7 years. This company has some of the most ridiculous processes I've ever seen.DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
