If I could I would have given a negative rating. Spent 35 minutes to pay R1200 for tax advice. Chris did not understand the industry nor did he ask questions about a niche market which he did not know about. He was more interested in sending me a mail while consulting about the costs involved in their services. I had done my homework before the consultation and asked about the two options. He confirmed that we could go for either and when my husband spend the whole day at Sars, he was turned away as we do not qualify. We had a major loss of income sitting at SARS. Subsequently my husband contacted another auditor and I contacted the the person (youngster) to ask the about the advice that was given to us! Within 5 minutes both of them on different calls had the same answer (for free) confirming a waste of time at SARS. This is atrocious at a rate of R1200 and I am happy to share his response on my on this forum😡😡😡
