My most recent experience with Charles Foster has been very disappointing. I have previously found a wonderful position with them that took me to California which I loved. I went to them as soon as I returned home but the level of service seems to have changed. I wanted to work with Carley again but was told she wasn't available so I was assigned Joy. I have not heard from Joy, except when I call, in over 4 months. And once she was busy and couldn't come to the phone. Fortunately, I found another position since moving back which ended early. Today I called and I felt she was distracted and scrambling to even remember my info. Not feeling as confident in them as I used to. Disappointing.
