From day 1 I was having trouble getting into see my paystubs. I kept asking them for help to no avail. I called the card place myself after a MONTH of waiting on Chartwell to do THEIR job. Then there's the T-shirt crap!!! When u work for them u HAVE to wear T's with their logo on them. They take $10 out of your paycheck to cover the cost. It states in the hand book that after 90 days of employment, you will be credited the money back on your check. GOOD LUCK with that!!!! They kept changing the colors (3 times) charged me $10 each time, so $30 all together. Now in the hand book it says nothing about changing colors or anything else!!! It says AFTER 90 DAYS you will be reimbursed. I have YET to receive a penny. Oh, keep tabs on your paycheck too, they'll try to cheat you out of a 1/2 hour here/ there!!!
