Will replace you before you qualify for hire through temp agency. High amounts of favoritism so need to be extremely careful of co-workers also, highly unprofessional. Great people for the most part especially the upper management and plant manager very friendly and walks through every morning and personally greets everyone. They make a great product too but i can't review an employer as barely one star was unfairly reassigned after 3rd shift employee decided i font belong there. I am certified and very experienced gor that machine i was at. Hope in the future they learn from this.

Please dont work for this place. The management team doesnt care about anyone but their pockets. The faster you work the more they pile on you and expect you to do it. Be prepared to work long hours and alot of saturdays. Please make sure you dont get on Marisa Game bad side, she will lie to human resources on you and get people to spy on your lunch break just so she can nic pick and tell human resources to get you fired. There is NO job security and alot of favortism shown. You will NEVER be told good job or anything good. Everything is expected and nothing is good enough. Turn over rate is extremely high as everyone is replaceable.
