Overall Feedback:

작년 tax report 할때 도움 받아서 올해 tax report 예약을 하려고 여러 차례 이상 전화하고 voice message 를 남겼으나 아직까지 call back이 없네요. Answering machine은 작동하는걸 보니 business 는 하시는것 같으신데 좀 이상해요. Business hour가 Saturday만 되어있기에 금요일도 그리고 오늘(토요일)도 연락하고 메세지 남겼으나 연락이 없네요. 결국 전 2주일 이상 기다렸으나 연락이 없어 다른 cpa를 찾아가려 해요.
