I waited 1.5 days because they said they will give me a call back. They knew I'm having an urgent situation; they have 2 front desks, 1 Juinor and 1 senior tax accountant; yet no one bother enough to inform me that they are unwilling/uncomfortable to help me with my cross states tax return. If you are like me: urgent, first time filing taxes and messed up big time. Do yourself a favor, find someone else who can help you, because they won't call you back.
