As a Nanny I've had zero success with this company. They have been processing my application for about 3 months with no follow ups. I've contacted them asking for update & all I get is "Can I get your name, & email back" or this last time they asked me to answer the same questions I had already answered during the interview. I even went ahead & told them "If they felt I wasn't a good fit with their company, I would be fine with that & pursue other companies." They said "No, we want to work with you & we will be in touch." That was about a month ago. I moved on with North shore Nannies & Olive You Nanny Agency. Which both did a better job at helping look for families.I have 17yrs of professional experience, I'm young & have amazing references and letters of recommendation, so ultimately I was able to find a great family on my own via recommendation. Hopefully other Nannies have better luck than I did, with this company.
