Poorly handled for the times we live in. There little to no involvement in the cases unless from child service. Do little to nothing in the court room and do no investigation at all they will throw there responsibility on judge not having any input and no clue what's the best interest for the child. They will recommend for both parties to go through out side programs at a extra cost on the parties and won't follow up at all. Be careful and keep notes on there actions in the court.
