Overall terrible experience and communication. My recruiter wouldnt reach out to me unless I made it a point to keep contacting her. My application was never submitted to a guaranteed job until after I contacted her boss. I worked with Chipton-Ross for over a month and my recruiter still didn't submit my application until a week past the deadline. I would never reccomend this employment agency to anyone, they cost me a guaranteed job at a top company.
