We went to Choice Care after two colleagues recommended Julie to help us find a nanny in a very short time frame who could manage 2 young children and an infant on the way. After an introductory phone call with a member of Julie's team, we completed a 2 page form to formally start the nanny search process. Working full-time, it was important that I had a direct line to Julie throughout the process. We had two phone calls with Julie where we reviewed the form and discussed all of the requirements for our family for the caregiver. Julie was patient, a fantastic listener and very responsive. She identified 6 excellent candidates within a week and summarized their references, experience and backgrounds in comprehensive profiles that were sent to us in advance of the interviews. We found that all 6 candidates met our needs though we ended up hiring the one that was the best personality fit. The new nanny has been with us for almost a month now and we couldn't be happier! A big thanks to Julie and the Choice Care team, who we highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare - because it is much harder to do so outside of NYC!
