Was going to have my taxes done here. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment. The front desk person had zero customer service skills. The CPA didn't call me in until 20 minutes after my appt should have started. She claimed that I was the one that was late...I write down the time of my appts as I make them. Anyways, we chatted for less than 15 minutes then I left. I didn't feel confident so I called the next morning saying I would pick up my stuff. I got there, front desk lady still rude. She gave me my stuff and handed me an invoice. I asked what the $50 charge was for-she said for whatever the CPA did for me. I said we had a 15 minute conversation and she did nothing else. She made a snide remark and told me I had to pay it. No one deserves to be treated so rudely. I took my stuff somewhere else - never coming back to this place. After chatting with some people, they had similar experiences as well. Unfortunate
