Recently and presently, this agency has madly improved their professionalism and accuracy. I have been dealing with Karla now; Lourdes has sadly left, she was good at getting results as far as pay and hours go.BUT Karla seems to be running a tight ship: my hours are 100% accurate, she made me a CitiStaff Badge (after I been waiting for a year and a half), and she always responds when I reach out to her, always professional and courteous.I have not gone into their branch office for a minute, so I'm not sure if things there have improved.I highly recommend this company for employment. The assignment I have (LGE Pantos in Fontana/San Bernardino) has so much room for growth its incredible (I went from Wrapper Strapper to Processor to Auditor, then FedEx shipper to Clerk).Thank you Citi Staff for keeping strong and having great opportunities.

I have to say, that out of all the staffing agencies I have been to, and there's quite a few.. This was the best! Right when I walked in, there was immediate help to sign up and get rolling!!. I'd like to point out, which all of them did a great job. But AURORA!!!, THANK YOU!!! you have gone above and beyond for me, not only did I just walk in after an assignment ended but you had another one ready!! You did everything with a smile and open heart. Thank you and keep up the hard work because we appreciate it!!!!

The representatives at this agency are very irresponsible, they don't pay you for all your hours, are constantly late to open the office and coming back from lunch leaving alot of their accociates waiting outside for hours . Very horrible experience working for this agency. Also they will leave you waiting to attend you while they conversate about their personal lifes and when they finally decide to attend you they will attend you with an additude. Very unprofessional.... do not waste your time here.
