I built a business in Clayton back in 2005 and immediately joined the Chamber. Throughout the years I became very disillusioned with what the Chamber Of Commerce was supposed to do and what was happening in Clayton. A few short years ago, new leadership stepped into place. Although I have always supported the Chamber and my community financially, it wasn't until this new team stepped in, that I began to see the benefit of my Chamber dues. President Dana Wooten, Maria, and Angela started building a new brand for Clayton. Today, with new branding, new and additional leadership, new direction, and some super amazing results for our great community, the 'New CCOC' is raising eyebrows in other Chamber of Commerce communities. If you've stepped away from the Chamber in the past, are currently in business but not a member, or are starting a business in Clayton, you will not regret joining our Clayton Chamber. Each and every day they 'walk-the-talk'...They are non-profit civically-engaged economic advancement organization led by the businesses that invest in our mission. The Clayton Chamber of Commerce (CCOC)'s mission is to champion business, economic development, and education in Clayton, North Carolina.​ For many years I disengaged from the Chamber as they were not living up to their mission. The 'New CCOC' is knocking it out of the park. I have been so impressed that I am now on the Board of Directors, surrounded by more great business leaders. Join us today and ENGAGE in your community!
