My employer uses Demco for payroll. I called to have some questions answered about a complicated payroll scenario. Lydia was who I spoke with and she was very helpful and friendly.

I was with them since they were called Global. They have been horrible lately. Jaqui Dunn never returned calls for days. Misleading us on paperwork. Telling us it would take 1 month to set up the new company and finally wanting an early termination fee. They were notified in plenty of time. How do you have early termination when you are with them for 7 years. They have definitely changed for the worse.

I used to love this company until it came time to leave them. They sent letters to my employees telling them they were no longer employed. They gave no notice, disconnected our access to get reports. They were of no help what so ever and the icing on the cake is this happened at Thanksgiving. How would you feel as an employee to receive a letter saying you no longer have a job at Thanksgiving. GRATEFUL??? NOT!! Stay away from this company. They are not there to help you, only help themselves.
