Pamela Begley is an outstanding realtor. She worked tirelessly to find us the “right” home and stuck with us throughout the entire process - helping us manage each hurdle that came our way. After our closing date she continued to keep in touch, making sure we had all the necessary information to integrate successfully into a new community. She went so far as to drop of baskets of goodies on several occasions and invited Sharla to join her weekly ladies walking group. She took a personal interest in helping us adjust to our new home and a year later continues to keep in touch! Company only has one rental agent. Ron Helmonds, good presentation in a car salesman way. He runs the whole show. Does not live in area maybe? Cut the rent in 1/2 of lease agreement. I said ok, was out of town. Never got a Thank you from them. A little underhanded dealing. Broker is completely unaware of what he is doing. She is too busy.

This is a hats off to Tanya L. Royer at Coldwell Banker best homes in port Ludlow.Great customer service and very patient with us especially when helping me deal with my wife who is confined to a wheelchair. Quick return of phone calls and texts.She is more than willing to plow through the brush and overgrowth to help us explore raw and overgrown land and drive to areas well out of her service zone to help us find the right house.She also offered her lovely lake front home to my wife and myself when our vehicle experienced mechanical difficulties when we where looking at a home in Sequim and she also helped us find a good local mechanic that was able to get us in on short notice.If your looking for the real deal in true customer service and a no BS professional who is not afraid to get dirty than Tanya is the way to go . Having bought and sold many homes in my time she is hands down the best I've seen in the business.
