Company only has one rental agent. Ron Helmonds, good presentation in a car salesman way. He runs the whole show. Does not live in area maybe? Cut the rent in 1/2 of lease agreement. I said ok, was out of town. Never got a Thank you from them. A little underhanded dealing. Broker is completely unaware of what he is doing. She is too busy.
