AVOID THIS FIRM! Our experience was very disappointing and aggravating over the past 3 years. We interviewed with John and hired him, but then was passed off to Evan, then a third unknown person who kept asking us for information we had already submitted, and then couldn't get past the receptionist who intercepted all correspondence. Very unprofessional on so many levels! They doubled our fee with no notice and tried to force their bookkeeping services on us when we did not need them. Despite having all of our very organized tax information submitted over a month before the deadline, their lack of professionalism forced us to submit our taxes the day of with much stress. The aggressive receptionist inserted herself where she didn't belong and prevented us from ever speaking to the head of the firm who to this day has never addressed our concerns or showed any interest in retaining us as a client. We have already hired a new CPA and are happy to move on.
