AVOID THIS FIRM! Our experience was very disappointing and aggravating over the past 3 years. We interviewed with John and hired him, but then was passed off to Evan, then a third unknown person who kept asking us for information we had already submitted, and then couldn't get past the receptionist who intercepted all correspondence. Very unprofessional on so many levels! They doubled our fee with no notice and tried to force their bookkeeping services on us when we did not need them. Despite having all of our very organized tax information submitted over a month before the deadline, their lack of professionalism forced us to submit our taxes the day of with much stress. The aggressive receptionist inserted herself where she didn't belong and prevented us from ever speaking to the head of the firm who to this day has never addressed our concerns or showed any interest in retaining us as a client. We have already hired a new CPA and are happy to move on.

I have been coming here for years and can't say enough about the quality of their services. They handle my personal and business finances and have done an outstanding job. When I came to them my taxes needed a lot of work, they set up a plan and told me exactly what they needed. It took awhile but the job was completed with no issues from the state or the feds. Their service is very personal and they keep in constant communication. Mike handles my accounting and the advice and service he has provided is priceless. The office staff is also very friendly and professional. When tax time rolls around I don't sweat it anymore, because the preparation that is done throughout the year takes care of all the monthly and annual reports and filings. Thank you John, Mike, and the entire team.
