Let’s be honest… the thought of moving, updating or changing your timekeeping system or payroll system is dreadful. As an HR professional or C Level Executive, it is certainly a decision that is put off as long as possible. However, as the needs of our business changes and evolves, as an HR professional you wonder “Is there something out there that is better? Am I getting the most value and getting enough in return?”Having worked with some of the bigger “box store” types of payroll processors out there, taking the leap to Commonwealth was much easier than I had anticipated. I really had expected the process to be a nightmare. I was convinced. Not only did I receive first class customer service at all hours of the day, when it worked for me and my schedule, I was able to work one-on-one with dedicated folks who understood my business, my challenges and my goals. I feel that I am in full control of what is happening during the payroll process, and have great confidence that the payroll process can be done smoothly and accurately….making payday very peaceful!
