Was a great business while it was being run by Chris and Sandy. This past year they sold out to some firm run by Russians. Numerous e-mails have gone unanswered, and I'm just not comfortable in this political climate handing over my financial data to somebody with a thick Russian accent. I feel like this was a bait and switch. I came in a couple of years ago, worked with Chris to setup my small business. And now I can't get an audience with him at all, even though I have questions that I need answered immediately. My e-mails are either ignored, or when I stop in to ask, he's always unavailable or getting ready to go on vacation. I would avoid these guys at all cost. They used to be good but I don't know that the hell happened. Since the ownership change they've let me down repeatedly when I needed them most, and overall just feel really sketchy since changing hands.
