Overall Feedback:

After going back and forth with Apple for a few weeks and getting absolutely nowhere and an outrageous quote for their continued help, I found Computer Medic and they were reasonable, knowledgable and were able to get the problem solved in less than a week. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
