Not sure why I was told that this facility did not take my insurance when it was listed on my insurance website as an In-network provider. So, I was turned away after hiking to this place and in need of medical attention. When I advised my insurance carrier that this site does not take my insurance and that they should correct the site, my insurance called them and was told that they do take my insurance. WHY the miscommunication and poor customer service? Please educate your staff, people could be in treatment when entering your offices and to be turned away because someone failed to know something as important as what insurance they take -it's insane.
