Please report this company to the BBB.They collude with management companies, particularly Ernst and Haas management company in Long Beach CA, to discriminate against tenants, by generating fake credit reports and pocket application fees. There is no ‘allegedly”, this is common practice ** Edit, I contacted Experian directly as well as my bank and my suspicions were verified. An investigation was launched and I was issued a refund. Make sure you report the transaction to your bank as FRAUD. This company generates FAKE credit reports so that property management companies can discriminate against tenants***
