Working with Continental Tax Service was a huge waste of money. We were charged over $300 for very little work and inadequate service. Our tax professional gave us no guidance on whether it would be better for us to file jointly or separately and was hard to reach. The "work" she did could've just as easily been done by filing online myself. The front desk staff is very unfriendly and seems to get annoyed when you ask anything of them. When they charged me, they didn't show me a summary of their fees, leading me to pay for hidden add-ons like their Audit-Protection Plan (APP). When I remembered after paying that I didn't want the APP, the woman at the front desk made it clear that it was a huge inconvenience for her to refund me the $50+ for the plan. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not use this company again for my tax needs.
