Continental US is poorly managed. The Continental Plant in Fletcher was very unsafe. They had double the injuries compared to most automotive plants. Management did very little to help the situation. Also, when the German Managers come to plant, they would remove Americans from certain management jobs and place their friends in these position. Nothing but poor morale, and now announcements of plant closure. Don't waste your time looking for job there.

DELIVERY DRIVERS - my experience with the shipping/receiving employees from the night shift was horrific, showed up ahead of schedule, there were no other trucks, employees weren’t actively angaged, kept bouncing me around, they said they could not unload before my time, (even though there were no other trucks on site) hopefully management sees this and corrects the issue.
Feedback:
The management staff did not care enough about quality only about daily numbers. Making brake calipers is safety critical component and on the assembly line poka-yoke were turned off in order to produce parts when they were not working properly. I would not want my brakes to come from Continental.

We had an appointment for 3:00 am , we showed there at 10:30 pm and they started unloading our trailer at 11:00 pm and he finished at 11:45. They did a great job.
