As a Realtor®️, I work very closely with title companies. Even though my brokerage is affiliated with another title company, I personally recommend the Farmington branch of Continental Title Company to ALL my clients in or around St. Francois County. Kim Rothweiler is WONDERFUL to work with, and is great at the closing table. She thoroughly explains every closing document, and makes sure the client understands what he/she is signing... even if there is a rambunctious toddler present and it is only 3 days before Christmas! Ha! Thorough work, and great service, care, and communication from contract to closing (and beyond, should the need arise!).
