We researched who would be a good option for our taxes before our move to Tucson and we wanted to try Marc out. Taxes done while trying to buy a house and move across the country... after we're settled we realize the numbers for my income don't add up. I made more than I ever have before for my small business so something was miscalculated which caused me to owe quite a bit of money. We tried to contact Marc to see about re-filing and figuring out where the error had come from since we keep very detailed records. One month... and no response after multiple attempts. Finally around the one month mark, he says he will "look at it". Another week goes by with no communication and we attempt to get a hold of him again. We've talked to his support staff many times but Marc just continues to not address our concerns. We will never be using his services again. Lack of communication like that after paying a very hefty fee for your services is inexcusable.
