Overall Feedback:

If you know what's good for you, you'll stay away from this outfit. They did my 2016 taxes and for the first time in my 50+ year life, I got audited. Took them the audit notice and was told no problem. It would be taken care of. Well, they just made it worse. Then charged me $1000 for the "audit assistance".
