In response to the comments from Ingrid. No where on my resume says anything about 18 months experience. If you look at my resume, I have 6+ years of administrative work so the stretch of pay isn't unreasonable ( and achieved) for the depth of experience and knowledge I have. She did state in my interview that I didn't have enough experience until I made her aware to look further down on my resume which you will see 4 years at that job one job. Also, I said I understood after Melissa herself has called me 2 times then a 3rd time off a privately blocked number leaving me voicemail regarding my google review ( 3 times in less that 24 hours). Like I said to Melissa on the phone about this Google review, I didn't like the way she said it to me. It came off rude to me in my interview and stated I appreciated her reaching out, which made the situation better, but there was nothing to do that could change my feelings about my experience..Overall, not really happy with the service I received from this agency. Note, this review has nothing to do with Joel, he was fantastic! I was brought in for a interview with Joel which went awesome. Joel did ask for me to sit down with one more person. A female blonde (cannot remember name but i believe it started with a M) entered the room and interviewed me as well. However, i left the interview sort of insulted. At the time, i did contacting which paid very well. However, sarcastically responded, well then why do you need another job... ok fine, i get it. But when we were going over the compensation i am looking for, she worded it really rudely basically saying I'm not qualified for the price range i was asking and basically told me it would never happen since she knows the ' profession'. However, just to spite that, I have received 2 offers for positions that paid more than what I was asking. Over a month later, i receive a call from company regarding a position I applied for and to make it short, she thought i was a new recruit and never called me back since per what she said 'I have to check with Joel if you are qualified'. Never received any call. Reason I am writing the review is that even though I would've been a temp, or even looking for direct hire, there still needs to be a sense of professionalism with working with people. I felt very belittled and like I was no good to her.
