Feedback:
Horrible customer service and overall product. Our company joined CoStaff and were advertised certain rates for insurance. We selected those rates, filled out the paperwork and then were told that the prices were incorrectly told to us and that it would be an extra $20+ per month. Then, they mischarged our first four checks, lower than the 2nd amount was to be. Once they caught it, they tried getting the difference out of our next two checks plus another $30 per check for start-up costs. CoStaff took no responsibility and basically blamed anyone but themselves knowing there was nothing we could do about it.
