Overall Feedback:
Do not give your business to this company. Just found out they have had over 6 tax liens for not paying the payroll taxes...look it under sunbiz, check fein and you will see their liens. I have them all saved As small business owner I was so alarmed and nervous that I decided to cancel my account as only God know if they paid our taxes. When I tried to cancel them, they informed me I had to pay termination fees. Looking over the contact, it states I have to give 45 days termination written notice UNLESS I have a reason to cancel them and I've been with them for over a yearThis man Zack collier sends me an email saying if I try to cancel he will pursue a termination fee, trying to keep me hostage. Little did I know he's the owner This company will cause you headaches and a lawyerDescription: Contract DisputeCounrtyHR contract section 22.2 states that after 1st term either party may terminate agreement with 45 day written notice and "nothing about a termination fee", however when we sent in the 45 day written notice to terminate agreement Countrywide HR is not honoring the agreement and is trying to charge my client $3210.59 termination fee. We also stressed concerns that they have had several Tax liens place on their Corporations and because off that we wanted the contract to be cancelled immediately due to them not keeping up with fiduciary responsibility and again they said they would charge us the termination fee.
