STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM C&SIn all seriousness this is the most unprofessional and unorganized business I have seen in recent memory.Let's talk about my experiences. Firstly, C&S has attempted to render 3 different services on behalf of myself and my business... all of which have resulted in complete failure.1) As my acting agent, upon setting up my LLC, C&S was given written instructions with specifics of the name and spelling..... which they somehow managed to input wrong to the State of Florida...... I should have known this was going to be a disastrous experience then and there.2) After not receiving any mail for the business for a period of a month upon updating my address with C&S (My acting agent)..... I was concerned. So I checked with sunbiz to see if a similar mistake was made... and go figure..... C&S delivered. They managed to completely butcher the address as well. Which is concerning since they were given a photocopy of the PO box address. 3) While setting up my LLC, I also chose to have C&S do my personal taxes. This is where it gets good. So a month or so after I gave them all of my paperwork I get a letter from the IRS stating they needed an amended return. I go to C&S, give them said paperwork and the amended return is submitted. A few days later, I receive a deposit from the IRS for $557. As C&S has proven, accuracy is not their strong point. I thought nothing of it.... figuring the IRS wouldn't send money they don't rightfully owe, and also having not heard from C&S stating otherwise I assumed everything was kosher. Well it turns out I was wrong. 6 months later, I get a letter from the IRS stating I owe THEM around $800. I reached out to C&S to figure out what the heck they did wrong..... and have yet to hear back. It has been 10 days since I was told they will look into it.... and I have yet to hear back from them. Meanwhile my interest grows. Now.... this is an organization whose sole purpose is to ensure the accuracy of their services. Again.... ACCURACY. I understand mistakes happen from time to time.... but mistakes seem to be the norm for C&S. It would be one thing if C&S was proactively communicating with me throughout the process.... but I get crickets. Each time I am promised a phone call back.... I receive none. Now I understand, I am a very small fish in a very big pond.... but.... I have paid for all of C&S's services in advance... and quite frankly feel I have been robbed.Please do yourself the favor and search elsewhere for your financial needs.
