I wish I could give this place zero stars! My mother was here 48 hours before my sister and I had her removed. In the 48 hours she didn’t eat a thing. Her brief was so wet that the bed was soaked and while in their care she broke her back in 2 places. She fell trying to go to the bathroom by herself. I asked her why she don’t hit her call light and she told me that every time she does they are so mean to her. I’ve also asked for a copy of her inventory as I am one of her POAs and her new phone came up missing. I also asked for the fall report and the nurse on duty named Robin laughed at me and said “I don’t have to give you shit” I asked her what happened and she said she didn’t know bc the aides just left her room from giving her a shower and changing her shots which is a lie bc my moms hands bottom and bed sheets had feces on them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
