Be cautious if you intend to hire Mr. Rong for CPA or tax services. He does not respond promptly, and sometimes not at all, to phone messages or emails. On many questions related to taxes, what he said turned out to be glaringly wrong, yet he continued to insist he was correct. Someone who files taxes and gets paid to do it should be well-versed on tax rules and laws, and that is not the case here.Edit 5-23-18: Even after explaining to him multiple times that IRS employees, as well as other CPA's, confirmed he is not correct, he continues to argue. After explaining things to him I shouldn't have to (he is getting paid to be a CPA, and I am not getting paid to educate him), he became rude and told me "If you could fix this problem, you wouldn't need me." Very childish and unprofessional. I expected him to take responsibility for a problem he created by not knowing what is doing, and he clearly has no intention of doing that. Steer clear. Mr. Rong is not knowledgeable of tax rules or laws, and refuses to admit when he has made a glaring mistake.

Frank has completed several tax returns for me, and I enjoy working with him. He is knowledgeable and honest and he still does my taxes even after I have relocated from Tallahassee. I highly recommend his services.
